Yoga is my greatest form of creative expression. As I grew in my practice, I became increasingly passionate about sharing the benefits of Yoga with others. I acquired my 200 Hour RYT Certification under the guidance of Ame Wren and David Regelin. Today it is my intention to guide students through classes that create freedom in the body under the structure of proper alignment. Acknowledging the connection between mind and body as necessary for optimal health and well-being has profoundly shaped my class to be a balance of strength and stillness. Continuing my education in Eastern philosophy, spirituality and medicine has given me the opportunity to learn how ancient practices can be applied and thrive in modern day. With gratitude, I continue to evolve as a student and teacher of Yoga.
